These terms govern your use of all services provided by Chart Psychology Lab (“the Library”). By entering, you accept these terms.

The Library does not provide investment advice. All information is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

The Library assumes no liability for any losses incurred based on information provided herein.

III.  Intellectual Property

All content on the Library is the property of Chart Psychology Lab. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or distribution is prohibited.

IV.  Membership

Paid membership pricing and features are described on the Membership page. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. We do not pro-rate refunds on cancellation; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

V.  Prohibited Conduct

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repost Library content without permission; transfer or share your account credentials; attempt to circumvent our systems; or otherwise act unlawfully or against public order. We may suspend accounts found in violation without prior notice.

VI.  Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Library shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

VII.  Changes to Terms

The Library reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
